Belmonte II TCV has sired many offspring at Silver Bit & Spur Farm, Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. His son, Inspirado SBS, a strikingly beautiful black stallion, now proudly stands at our Farm. His photos and pedigree can be viewed at the bottom section of this page. Inspirado SBS is IALHA registered.
Belmonte's sire is the black stallion Maestro. Championship bloodlines are evident in strong Escalera breeding. Substanial size and bone accompany the thoughtful balance of Escalera, Military and Terry bloodlines. Dejado, bred by the most recognized breeder of black champions in Spain, Da. M. Femanda, is photographed by Robert Vavra and these beautiful photographs are featured the book Equus. Belmonte possesses extrodinary spirit and correct movement. These traits are unmistakeably passed on to his offspring. Belmonte is DNA tested heterozygous black. He can produce black and chestnut offspring. His offspring will not turn gray unless you breed to a mare that produces grays. Belmonte is available to breed to your mare or choose one of our mares to breed your dream Andalusian foal.
Belmonte has competed in Breed Shows and USDF Dressage. He has been shown by Piaffe Performance Farm under the instruction of Olympian rider Dr. Cesar Parra. His ribbon collection includes the Andalusian Breed Class Champion at the Dressage at Devon Breed Show, USDF All Breed IALHA Year End Champion, IALHA National Classes, ERAHC Classes and USDF Open Classes. He has proven himself in the ring many times. This is in addition to the reputation of his excellent bloodlines and beautiful color. He is truly a pleasure to watch.
